I picked up the new Covergirl Liquiline Blast, which is pencil liner with the pigmentation of a liquid liner. These are very smooth, the color range is not huge but they can definitely rival the L’Oreal HIP liners. They aren’t even on their website yet, I think I was the first to buy them at this Rite Aid!
